My name's Ne. I have no idea what I'm doing but you can't stop me from trying :D

  • I'm 19 from the UK

  • I tend to draw people in an unrealistic or cartoonish style, as well as creating low-poly illustrations of other peoples' pets.

  • I draw as a hobby but it would be a dream if I were able to sell what I make. A lot of what I do is somewhat inconsistent as I'm still learning and developing my art style.

  • I also want to get into streaming and become a content creator, but I still have a long way to go.

What inspires me to create?

It's safe to say that there is no singular person or place that I draw my inspiration from. Ideas come to me from so many different sources and in so many different ways.My greatest inspirations for writing are the online role-play groups; some of my earliest short stories were based on the tales me and my friends told with our characters through messaging apps.
So many of my characters are based on exaggerated parts of myself or the people I've met.
More recently, some of my character interactions that I draw have been based upon interactions I've had - whether that be online or in person.If it isn't abundantly clear already, my friends make it possible for me to create.Style-wise? I take a lot of inspiration form manga, cartoons and anime. I think it's important to reference different artists and study the shapes and line qualities they use in order to find a style of my own.
